Born and raised in Iran, Yashar Zhalehdoust captures the very essence of the traditional yet modern Iranian family culture. Fluent in both Farsi and English, he seamlessly bridges the two cultures together, bringing a new light on parenting. Zhalehdoust has traveled the world extensively collecting and comparing many customs and rituals fathers have passed down to their children. His academic and work experience has opened many opportunities for him to explore the importance of family relations and culture. He graduated with Honors in Electrical Engineering in 2005. He also holds a Masters degree in EE from Boston University (2006) and continued his education while working full time and earned his MBA in 2008. |
